Participation Agreement
We are delighted that you have chosen to participate in an event with Global Prophetic Alliance (GPA). Everyone participating in our events must agree to and sign the Participation Agreement detailed below.
As a participant at a GPA event, you can expect the following from our team (both staff and volunteers):Â
- You can be confident in your ability to share about your life with team members knowing that this information will be treated with respect and confidentiality. Information shared will be kept between yourself and the team ministering to you unless information is disclosed that raises a safeguarding concern. In this instance the team members will only speak to GPA’s safeguarding officers (Nicola McMichael and Erin Schuurs).
- The safety of our participants and our team is of equal importance and so our team has been trained to minister in a safe and effective way. As a receiver of ministry you can expect our team to have participated in this training and to be striving for excellence.
- Our team will treat you with respect and sensitivity and will be mindful of your modesty. They will explain the process they are leading you through over the course of the ministry session
As a participant at a GPA event we ask that all participants agree to the following:Â

- All Ministry during our event is opt-in. This will be explained by a member of the platform team or ministry leader. If you do not wish to participate at any point please stay in your seat or make that clear to any team member.

- Please remember to be respectful of and considerate to others around you including participants and team members at all times, including ministry and social times. You also have a part to play in others having a positive experience at the event.

- Any concerns raised while receiving ministry from GPA should in the first instance, be discussed with a member of the GPA staff team. Should a safeguarding issue arise, our team will report directly to our safeguarding offices Nicola McMichael and Erin Schuurs who will follow up with you directly. Anything that arises following an event can be emailed to: [email protected].

- Please be aware that should what is disclosed to us be a safeguarding issue, we may have a responsibility to contact your local church or authorities.Â

Filming and Photography agreement:
Please note that filming, live broadcasting and photography take place at all Global Prophetic Alliance events for promotional and archival purposes. By entering this location, you agree for your image to be used. Â
The photographs and recordings are livestreamed and may also appear on our website, printed and online publicity, social media, press releases or other online applications. The purpose of the images taken during Global Prophetic Alliance events is to support our mandate to reveal the voice of God to the nations. We collect, store and use the minimum amount of data we need for this purpose: the images and recordings taken during the event. The images and recordings are the property of the Global Prophetic Alliance and may remain online indefinitely. If you would prefer for your image not to be used, please remain behind the cameras at all times during the event, including during altar calls and worship. If you choose not to, your image will be broadcast. Please let a member of the broadcast team know before the event to not use any photographs. If you have any questions relating to data protection, please email [email protected] and a member of the team will respond.
