Wear Your New Robe

As I looked in the spirit, I saw Jesus standing before His bride holding out royal robes to wear. But she looked away and put on her old, worn-out clothes. There was sadness on His face but Jesus continued to hold out the new robes to her. 

The Spirit of the Lord says, “It is time for My bride to wear the royal robes that I have purchased for her! It is time for you to stand in the truth of who you are: saved, healed, delivered, chosen, appointed and empowered by My indwelling spirit. 

Beloved, do not see yourself as unworthy or incapable. I have given you worth, and I am leading you. You are not foolish or weak. My strength and wisdom are prepared in abundance for you. 

Step out of the shabby rags that belonged to your former self. Take them off! See yourself putting them on your new royal robes. Lift up your head and know that I have called you to carry My authority and My power into the world.

1 Peter 2:9 (NIV) But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
